Financial Security Coordinator (gn) Germany

 

Your Responsibilities

 
  • ensure a homogeneous implementation of group and territory procedures related to financial security (FS) as well as consolidated FS reporting for all relevant activities 
  • consolidate FS reports and FS risk analysis on branch level as necessary and coordinate the FS activities for the entities in scope
  • organize and coordinate the execution of FS and KYC projects within Germany in coordination with relevant teams 
  • provide support in the supervision of relevant FS- and KYC-related activities 
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of FS IT tools 
  • keep track of regulatory FS topics and ensure sharing of major topics with related business units 
  • take responsibility for ensuring the adequacy of FS and KYC training within Germany and organize/support the Financial Security Committee
  • support internal/external audits with FS/KYC scope and monitor external auditor recommendations

 

Your Profile

 
  • previous experience in financial security and KYC topics (sanctions and embargoes, AML and anti-terrorism, boycott and corruption)
  • general knowledge of the financial security and KYC regulatory environment, with a focus on issues/challenges specific to Germany
  • accurate, reliable, client-oriented working style along with solid decision-making skills
