BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire group’s financial management.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs Financial Applications Administrator, your responsibilities are to:

·        Administrative support to several finance tools

·        Ensure the administration and the parameters tables updates of the systems

·        Ensure end user support to Corporate & Local Management controllers Profitability Reporting Solutions team

·        Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities on different platforms

·        Referential administration (creation of new cost centres, new purchase order, …)

·        Control the consistency of data input by the customers (BNPP Businesses)

·        Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance team…) and resolve production and accesses issues

·        Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers

·        Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers

·        Manage and to follow the users access requests to several group applications

·        Provide the accesses to the users through an IBM specific tool (RACF)

·        Review the periodicals jurisdiction for all perimeters

·        Challenge the relevance of the access requests

·        Provide support to the local administrators (technical, training)

·        Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting ;

·        Work closely with BNPP Group Finance, BNPP Business, Compliance department, Risks & Norms and Legal

·        Contribute to the Data Quality program by applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility


PROFILE

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in computing / computer sciences

·         Professional experience: Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role (Example: experience working with an EAI/ETL)

·         Previous Banking experience is a plus

·         Knowledge on IBM mainframe is a plus

·         Language (oral & written skills): English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate), French (A1/A2 Level, CECRL certificate)

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·         Excellent attention to details

·         Availability and customer orientation skills

·         Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;

·         At ease with multi-tasking

·         Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills

·         Available for a training period abroad (up to 2 months)
