About the role   

In this role you will lead a medium sized team and ensure they meet and exceed business objectives such as deadlines and service levels, ensuring compliance, control regulations and requirements are met. As a Team Leader you will also be responsible for individual development and performance. You will also be expected to build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, taking ownership for queries and issues through to full resolution. Lastly, you will be encouraged to proactively identify process improvements and ensure the team perform tasks in the most efficient and productive way.

About you

We are looking for a finance professional who is experienced in accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will need to evidence people management and team leadership skills, managing daily work volumes to meet service levels. A qualification is AAT would be useful but is not essential.

Most importantly you will need to be a competent and confident people manager who can build and maintain excellent team morale and motivation evidenced visibly by carrying out regular one to one's and developing people to ensure they can not only do their role but also achieve career ambitions. You will also be experienced in recruiting and training people - the complete employee lifecycle.
