They are responsible for defining standards for our business units, monitoring their implementation and supporting and advising our teams.
Challenges that let you grow:
- Coordinating and steering the implementation of an appropriate set-up of invoicing process within Finance in coordination with other project stakeholders
- Ensuring that appropriate accounting and tax treatments are applied in the new solution and contribute to establishment of necessary reporting capabilities
- Coordinating the implementation of appropriate solution for Staff related expenses and other expenses with Finance Central Teams
- Participating in the definition of the needs of each business line to embed in the target solution
- Acting as single point of contact of project for Branch Finance
- Providing support to other Finance colleagues attending to transversal needs of the team
Skills that convince:
- Bachelor degree in finance or a similar field of study
- Experience in Finance organization, preferably in a banking organization
- Project management experience
- Ability to work and collaborate with others
- Ability to define and apply a project methodology and to handle project risks
- Characteristics such as communication strength and flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
