Services is looking for a:
FDS IOC Support agent (H/F)
Fixed term contract of 6
Support IOC on operational tasks in respect of professional banking
Manage operational tasks
related to cash management (CRE, MTS repairs, fees, trailer fees, treasury
Manage operational tasks
related to securities management (OD booking, Short securities, …)
Manage post routing.
Follow on ISIN creation.
Answer IOC requests.
Ensure checklist is filled
in and complete at the end of the day.
Respect strictly the
procedures. When it is not possible, make sure management is duly and timely
Contribute to the
development and enhancements of procedures.
Inform your management as
per defined and communicated rules in case of incident detection.
Manage requests related to M funds.
Ensure that all requests
are daily managed.
Liaise with legal
department to get guidance on M cases.
Perform a monthly check on
M cases related websites.
Manage on a daily basis all the asset allocation duties.
Run daily checks.
Process simulation when the
client requests it.
Launch processes when cash
Answer client queries
related to asset allocation.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance.
Ideally, you have gained similar experience in the
