For our Facility Management department in Amsterdam we are looking for a

Facility Management Officer

The position

Within BNP Paribas The Netherlands the Facility Officer is a responsible for mail handling, review and update procedures and controls, stock management of office supplies, document scanning and carrying out measures aimed at health and safety in the office.

 The main responsibilities of the Facility Management Officer are to:

  • distribute all incoming mail, newspapers, magazines etc.

  • receive goods at expedition and store/distribute them.

  • compile, execute and regularly update the Risk Assessment & Evaluation (RI&E) and its Action Plan.

  • review and update Facility procedures and control plans, describe processes and make sure all procedures and controls are up to date.

  • manage the BHV organisation. Make sure BHV set up is up to date, organizing trainings and drill scenario’s.

  • manage FMIS (Topdesk) and follow up on Supplier-, contract- , incident management.

Role requirements & Qualifications

  • HBO education level or similar Facility Management

  • Less than 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Experience in Facility Management and Health & Safety

  • Analytic, hands-on, flexible, pragmatic, humour, accurate and pro-active

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
