Contribute to the fulfillment of the Facilities and Acquisitions area objectives, through the completion of the assigned duties and responsibilities.
Perform Monthly reports on cell phone consumption, transportation, shipping, restaurants and those required by the area.
Manage quotes for purchases, prepare purchase orders and tenders when required.
Request purchase quotations from established suppliers and / or new suppliers.
Assign authorization in the software, according to the indicated profile request.
Receive, control and dispatch the mail of control entities
- Relate in the mail control chart according to the sequential.
- Create GCI control for communications that require response.
- Prepare Mail Report
Receive and manage the stationery supplies and companies warehouses (keep the inventory updated).
- Control and update the Stationery and Warehouses inventory.
Archive the providers enrollment data along with their contracts.
Archive and organize physically and virtually the suppliers documents (Contracts, Enrollment Documents).
Monitoring of the required maintenance in physical facilities.
Carry out accompaniment to all maintenance performed on air conditioning, maintenance in general.
Support the activities of the different suppliers that work with the Bank, facilitating logistics for the offers presentation to employees, in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Prepare logistics for authorized suppliers to present bids to officials within the facilities and / or through internal communications, if applicable.
Update and control the list of fixed assets, according to purchases and movements made by IT.
