Permanent Contract (CDI)

Your mission:

  • Support and manage the day-to-day supervision of the funds calculated in our oversight centres located in Chennai, Mumbai and Glasgow
  • Review of the Net Asset Values calculation process: from transaction to reconciliation including fund distribution in the market
  • Interface closely with officers in other geographical departments to ensure quality and solve potential issues
  • Liaise with our offices located in India / Glasgow
  • Analyse, verify, and perform quality control
  • Be an actor of the continuous quality improvement process
  • Initiate improvements and optimisation of processes according to our clients’ needs and/or constraints
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc internal reports for Fund Administration top management

Your profile:


  • Certified secondary level education ideally complemented with a Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (2 years or more) in a relevant subject (e.g. business administration, accounting, economics, legal, etc.)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the Fund Industry.
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of Fund Industry especially in OTC products and NAV cycle
