International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.

Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.

FA Deputy Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily transactions booking in accounting system; reconciliations of accounting records versus custody positions
  • Daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
  • Teamwork coordination of NAV valuation processes in line with SLA
  • Coordination of on-boarding of new funds and system changes
  • Providing quality control processes in the team to meet operational procedures
  • Production of Key Performance Indicators and team performance monitoring together with team leader.
  • Conducting appraisal process and performance monitoring of each team member
  • Assisting in development of team members in line with career pathing plan
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and newcomers induction in the team
  • Coordination of innovation processes in the team

  • Key Competencies

          • Have knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
          • Being fluent in English (knowledge of other Italian language will be an additional value)
          • Have accurate analytical skills
          • Have proficient command of MS Office (very good knowledge of Excel)
          • Have excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
          • Pay attention to quality
          • Have previous experience in teamwork coordination
