What is this position about?
• Executive assistant to the Head of APAC CIB Operations. Provide support to the Head of APAC GMO.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 
Primary Role Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CIB OPS Management team ﴾Expense claims processing, Agenda management, Business trip organization,…
• Agendas: Book & schedule meetings
• Travel: Cost conscious, and always compare and obtain the best quotations as possible. Arrange flight, hotel & transport bookings through BNPP’s travel agent. Ensure booking arrangements are consistent with the company’s policy. Prepare itinerary, travel requests and complete expense reports after trip.
• Maintain safe soft copies of contracts & legal documents related to the CIB OPS APAC department.
• Visitors: Arrange amenities as needed.
• Filing / Data Management / Routines: Filing. Improve/tighten storage/retrieval systems. Routinely re‐order department supplies. Update contact lists. Update holiday planning / absence report. Update PA’s job manual on a timely basis.
• Confidentiality: discreet handling of all business/personal documents and information.
• Contribute to a smooth communication within CIB ITO OPS APAC
• Contribute to organize events for CIB ITO OPS APAC
• Comply with internal and external regulatory and Compliance requirements
• Comply with the BNPP standards of Code of Conduct
• Comply with the BNPP IT Security policies
Other contributions
• Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
