Executive Assistant - 8 Month Contract

Position Purpose

The role of Executive Assistant is to provide high quality support to the CEO of Asset Management Australia and the broader team in order to help the organization function efficiently.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary, email and expense management for the CEO  
  • Domestic and international travel management for the Asset Management team

  • Coordinate and prepare business management, Executive Committee and Board papers

  • Provide assistance to the Company secretary in board matters

  • Event management in conjunction with Asset Management sales and marketing teams

  • Co-ordinate schedules and requirements for Asset Management guests visiting from offshore

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Sydney office including supply management

  • HR and IT liaison point for new starters

  • Represent the BNP Paribas Asset Management brand in a positive and professional manner at all times

Specific Qualifications / Other Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years plus experience working with senior management at EA level
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively
