End 2 End Onboarding Coordinator
About the position
The position is based in Amsterdam. The primary focus of the Customer onboarding coordinator is to ensure a smooth and swift customer onboarding for the clients of CIB Netherlands.  The coordinator has a pivot role in the full end-to-end onboarding process for all products, and will act, during this process as a single point of entry for the clients. Through a seamless communication and collaboration with all stakeholders in the process (i.e. clients, relationship managers, pilot bankers, business lines, ITO functions and compliance), the onboarding coordinator is ultimately responsible for the continuous enhancement of the customer experience.
 

Key responsibilities

  • Acts as a Single Point of Contact for clients, providing dedicated guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Acts as a liaison between all stakeholders of the onboarding process (ie Client, Coverage, Business lines, ITO (incl. near shored teams), Compliance)
  • Responsible for the efficient collection of documents needed for the onboarding process of the the customer relationship and of products requested.
  • Coordinates the account reservation and activation process managed by the Static Data team
  • Measures and monitor daily progress of the onboarding, reports,  escalates and communicates files deriving from this process or deadlines to all stakeholders
  • Reduces the overall turn-around-time of the onboarding process by managing bottlenecks.
  • Monitors consistency of the process with internal policies, national and international regulations (ie WWFT and FATCA&AEoI)
  • Pro actively contributes to a positive onboarding experience by our customers
  • Coordinates the workload and planning/prioritizing of onboardings in close collaboration with the business lines and coverage
  • Hosts and coordinates weekly status meetings with all stakeholders.

The requirements

  • Bachelor- or Master degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field;
  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience, preferably with substantial experience with Client Onboarding or Recertification and KYC requirements;
  • Excellent Dutch- and English verbal & written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Experience in managing external client relationships;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of bank’s structure and operating systems;
  • Experience with onboarding and KYC (know-your-customer) requirements preferred.
