Challenges that let you grow:
- Coordinating origination and execution capability across the European Equity Capital Markets Team
- Establishing and executing strategies across other business sectors to win new clients
- Supporting the operational management of the team
- Maintaining high degree of market awareness and identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring the correct ongoing maintenance of transactions
- Assuring that all regulatory and commercial training is completed on time
Skills that convince:
- Academic degree in finance with excellent record
- Several years of ECM experiences at investment banks or boutiques
- Sound knowledge in corporate finance advisory, financial analysis, accounting and valuation
- Ability to manage projects
- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
