We are looking for

Director, Loans and Market Financing Syndicate, APAC


Position Purpose

  • Real Assets and Private Credit (incl. Private Debt, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Aviation)
  • Syndicate function for CB&A and AFS to arrange, structure, underwrite and distribute loans and structured bonds.
  • “Structure to Originate” - generate underwriting opportunities based on specific investor demand and investor-led structuring
  • Develop Private Credit investor base in conjunction with GM Sales



  • Underwrite and distribute primary issuance of loans and structured bonds (AFS) to a wide range of investors and develop the underwriting and distribution of new loan asset classes (eg. sub debt, mezzanine)
  • Lead “Originate to Distribute and Structure to Originate” initiatives
  • Private Credit Syndicate
  • Meet annual budget and KPIs (eg. increase share of UW, grow distribution of loans to institutional investors, increase distribution through GM repacks, increase cross-border distribution with GM Sales and AFS)



  • Leadership through example in all aspects of business including conduct, ethics and compliance
  • Responsiveness to all stakeholders incl. Origination
  • Complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, code of conduct and internal compliance requirements.
  • Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.



  • Promote Loan and Market Financing franchises in internal and external forums
  • Develop relationship with key investor clients
