The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:



Digital Transformation Team Leader



A primary goal of the role is to ensure that Warsaw based team can seamlessly, timely and efficiently introduce new digital tools i.e. : RPA, NLG, NLP, NLU, supporting operational teams across the Organization.  

Along with Head of Department, the Team Leader will create a vision and mission of a team and inspire team members to jointly achieve their goals. 

Together with Head of Department the Team Leader will build awareness of BP2S’ Digital Transformation by providing timely information and ideas on new technologies.  

The Team Leader will be responsible for mentoring employees how to cooperate in order to achieve organizational goals and targets.


Technical tasks:

  • Be the main local contact for all topics in relation with Digital Transformation
  • Implement Global RPA Framework alongside with goals and objectives
  • Monitor the execution of key digital projects (with the main focus on RPA) and initiatives by various means including daily huddles, Kanban’s
  • In case of blocking points during the project, inform the appropriate governance and analyse the impact of the issue
  • Coach PCEs/ Digital Ambassadors during Digital projects and activities – in terms of RPA/AI/Digital Methodology
  • Follow up of the benefits related to the DT tools
  • Encourage operational teams to understand robotics and other digital tools capabilities
  • Roll-out and monitor the deployment of agile and innovative solution design and delivery methodologies
  • Act a Leader of Digital Transformation Ambassadors Community

Leadership tasks:

  • Coordinate team members in their daily duties
  • Delegate duties and tasks within the DT department
  • Administrate the team calendar, holidays
  • Manage team member’s appraisals and development plans
  • Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results
  • Organize regular seminars and trainings to teach team members new techniques and methods
  • Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance
  • Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards

Other tasks:

  • Support the design and the development of business digital strategy
  • Communicate on a regular basis with local AI sponsors
  • Co-organise and co-lead DT Steering Committees
  • Build and maintain positive and collaborative relation with BNP Paribas entities in Poland and BP2S branches worldwide

 Skills required: 

  • Knowledge of digital tools like : RPA, NLG,NLU,NLP
  • Knowledge and experience in managing projects. PMP or Prince Certification would be an asset
  • Proven previous experience in managing a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills and understanding of the escalation process
  • Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Proficient knowledge of English. French would be an asset
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Easiness to build and maintain business relations
  • Ability to always pay attention to details and encourage team members to do same
  • Ability to effectively handle stress, pressures, and challenges
  • Ability to listen to his team members and communicate instructions effectively
