Within Digital Transformation area, the goal of the DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION EXPERT is to manage different initiatives to improve Cetelem´s online business and products based on the new financing and payments disruptions and regulations.

The main activities will be as follows:

·         Project Management: Identify, design and execute the new value proposition initiatives

·         Management of the pipeline of innovations and portfolio of initiatives

·         Understanding of the digital banking, fintech and online payment industries

·         Identify the impact of the new disruptions and regulations in the financing business and customer experience

·         Propose solutions in the context of process simplification, problem solving, improvement or re-engineering of customer experience

Skills & Knowledge:

·         3-5 years of experience in the field of mobile and online payments and/or the field of digital banking. More than welcome if you are coming from FinTech startup, banking sector or payment industry

·         3-5 years of experience in managing and developing end to end new initiatives and projects related to digital payments, with a clear business orientation

·         Telecom. Engineer or similar/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar

·         Expertise on PSD2 / Open Banking

·         Deep understanding and openness to expand technical and regulatory knowledge on innovative payment systems and solutions (eMoney, SEPA, eWallets, Cards, etc.)

·         Capability to understand market trends in terms of innovative financial services

·         Understanding of the local and international Fintech ecosystem

·         Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must

·         Fluent English and communication skills required to work constantly in an international environment
