Role purpose

Develop the digital strategy and manage the development of the digital platforms, as well as performance marketing and content management for our SME department.

Main responsibilities 
  • Execution of SEO, SEM, Social Media, as well as the content management

  • Create marketing campaigns for lead acquisition
  • Responsible for further developing of the brand new SME website and the private lease webshop

  • Build an optimal user experience for the websites and other digital properties

  • Monitor and report on all online statistics, share these statistics through monthly dashboards.

  • Produce compelling content in three languages
  • Deliver full transparency of web metrics and ROI through reports to communicate target goals and current results to the team

  • Create, own and drive the SEO strategy & roadmap: define short-term and long-term SEO opportunities. Strategic SEO requirements include elements such as: market/industry research, benchmarking, keyword/content strategy, etc.

  • Monitor and measure sales funnel activities
  • Set up testing plans (e.g. A/B tests) continuously improving the online platforms.

  • Strategic management of marketing budgets
  • Create a strategic roadmap to drive online traffic

        Manage and partner with internal teams and 3rd parties (agencies)

  • Be loved by the sales team and valued as a top lead generator by the the SME solutions general manager

  • Make your way as a team player to work and dynamize the sales team to assist with company goals

  • Be part of the international digital community by actively sharing best practices and work together on the development and roll-out of digital tools

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to manage end to end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met

  • Manage SEO, SEA and online marketing campaigns with external partners/agencies and internal teams to provide on-page optimizations

  • Be a partner with IT teams on digital developments that require back-end development work

    Communicate effectively throughout the company

  • Be able to share its knowledge

  • Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, take initiative and recommend new opportunities and activities to management

  • Be able to clarify and prioritize

General requirements
  • Ambition!
  • Think business first. Proven experience under sales pressure is preferred.

  • Required experience : + 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience utilizing lead management and marketing automation, along with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (Experience with Google Analytics is a must)

  • Passion for marketing and digital in general


  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Flawless orthography in Dutch, French and English. Good copy and visual storytelling abilities. Proof of written content/websites/blogs/articles is required
