About the job
- You will join the Global Banking (GB) Digital Office and will report to the Head of Global Banking Digital Office. You will be in charge of leading explorations of innovative solutions on investment banking activities, be the Global Banking referent on Artificial Intelligence and New Ways of Working as well as leading various analysis and initiatives related to Digital Innovation
Your Main Activities Are
- Gather, organise and prepare key information for Innovation quarterly board meetings towards Transformation and Market Innovation, including New Ways of Working and others, being exposed to senior management with an opportunity to show your talents
- Facilitate the delivery of strategies, opportunity studies and any analyses required to assess the value of each innovative solution
- Lead and animate working groups in charge of exploring innovative solutions aiming at bringing value to Global Banking Businesses e.g. Large Language Models (ChatGPT)
- Interact with a large network of stakeholders/contacts both internally (Strategy, Front, IT, Functions) and externally (Fintechs, IT vendors, Labs, incubators, among others)
- Be at the forefront of innovation, with the ability of significantly impacting the performance of the business
- Develop expertise on cutting-edge technologies, from AI to Digital Platforms, blockchain/crypto-currencies and cybersecurity
- You will have a full picture of Global Banking business lines and their strategic challenges vis-à-vis technology
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Experience in Project Management, PMO or Business Management
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Great communication skill and ability to communicate with several stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and creative mindset
- Strong organizational skills

- Originate new projects with 3rd parties and IT Digital Working: a) identify opportunities; b) confirm business appetite, model and financials (use, partner, invest or decline); c) collect Senior Management validation
- Partner with ITO/ITG/CIB to implement CIB New Ways of Working in alignment with GB needs
