1. Develop Strategic Plan & roadmap for digital /E- business & Innovation
2. To create/design excellent UX/UI and develop guideline for digital assets
3. Develop KPIs and provide clear visibility on all digital assets performance ; and profound analysis to application owners for actions
4. To create a multi-skilled digital team focused on performance, UX and agility and lead digital innovation strategy implementation .
5. Manage Innovation factory and communication strategy to promote innovation culture; facilitate factory initiatives to ensure deliver as planned
6. Identify new business opportunity on Digital Innovation
7. Interact and Align with top management/business partners on key business decision/strategy
8. Establish good balance relationship with RO counterparts
1.At least 10 years on Digital Business, E-commerce , Information system. 2.Knowledge on SEM, SEO, CRM, Social Media, Digital Performance, Mobile 3.Marketing, Mobile Apps. ,Content Management, Digital Platforms.
4.Expertise in targeted analytics and measurement platforms (i.e.: Adobe, Google 5.Analytics, DoubleClick, Atlas, Campaign Bid Management Tools)
6.Formation of coporate level Digital strategy
