Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area.
We are looking for a Digital Data Analyst to join the Global Marketing and Communications team of BNP Paribas Securities Services.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Definition of KPIs and related tag plan in order to ensure an efficient data collection,
• Collect, process and analyse multi channel (web, email, social) statistic data to produce business analysis and recommendations,
• Follow up (quantitate and quality) of the online activity in order to identify trends of the traffic and editorial preferences of the audience,
• Build and optimize reports from business Web Analytics & BI (business intelligence) to enable several marketing teams to have a consistent & efficient vision of the activity's performance,
• Produce monthly/yearly digital marketing scorecards and ad-hoc campaigns scorecards for the marketing teams,
• Evangelise KPIs and data-driven approach to the marketing & communications community,
• Manage data segmentations and extractions for marketing campaigns,
• Ensure optimal choice of solutions for digital marketing data management,
The Digital Data Analyst should have 3 years of experience working in an agency or a Marketing & Communications team
The ideal candidate has excellent references who will attest to their teamwork skills, commitment, flexibility and sound work ethic.
Other required competencies include:
Experience in web analytics tools, statistics and datamining for marketing,
Experience with DataViz tools,
Knowledge in legal and regulatory related to data management (usage, storage, custody, ...),
Great attention to detail,
Be curious, creative, rigorous, autonomous,
Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients,
Take initiative and get things done, in line with our clients' SLAs,
A positive attitude to change and a desire to contribute to the team,

Be fluent in English
