The Digital Marketing team for BNP Paribas Global Markets, part of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) activities, serves the Digital needs for Marketing teams of over 40 professionals, working across 6 international platforms in Europe, Asia and the US.
The Digital Marketing team is in charge of providing the right technical solutions so that the Marketing content, created by sales and marketing teams, is pushed through the rights digital marketing channels to our sales and clients (websites & mobile applications, emails, Social medias etc) . The teams support them to administrate the tools and develop innovative solutions.
Reporting to the Global head of Digital Marketing Solutions & Services within a local Digital Marketing team, the Digital Assistant is responsible for the maintenance and modification of websites & mobile applications’ content and design through CMS, back offices and Digital Marketing tools.
This involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as with IT experts for the enhancement of tools.
Within this position the trainee will have the opportunity to discover a wide range of websites and mobile Apps, under different technologies, as well as Digital Marketing tools (incl. CMS, Mass mailing tool, Customer Relationship Management…).
Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
Maintenance of websites & mobile applications, bug report / problem identification and solving
Maintenance of Digital Marketing tools for campaign management (Mass mailing, CRM)
Frequent liaising with the business and IT teams to ensure correct translation of needs
Reports on traffic (Google Analytics) and emailing campaigns
The role can lead to more responsibilities within the developing Digital Marketing team in the future, depending on performance and appetite
Degree or similar in IT / Web Technologies / Web Marketing
Strong appetite for Digital technologieS
Curiosity & will to learn
Flexibility and attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Knowledge of HTML5 or CSS3 is a plus
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
