Deputy Team Leader in Investment Compliance Team
Key Responsibilities:Actively participating in BAUMonitoring the quality and timeliness of processes performed by the teamBeing the first point of contact for Investment Compliance legacy locations in case of absence of the Team LeaderGuaranteeing the timely escalation of problems and highlight of incidents to the Team Leader, Manager or Head of Department in legacy location in case of absence of the Team LeaderSupporting Team Leader in keeping legacy locations updated on a daily basisDealing with any unexpected issues such as system failure, shortage of staff due to sick leave etc.Ensuring that the workload is adequately balanced in the teamProviding technical/knowledge support to other members of the teamAllocating relevant trainings for the teamLeading team meetings on subjects such as information update, organisational issues etc.Coaching and training of investment compliance analystsMonitoring of the group e-mail boxActively participating in innovation projects, quality improvementsActively participating in onboarding new locations and supporting the integration of the new operational activitiesSupporting Team Leader in monitoring KPIs, procedures and BCP documentationSupporting Team Leader in the recruitment process of team membersSupporting Team Leader in yearly appraisals process with employeesProviding support for newcomers to adapt to the BP2S environment
- Deep knowledge about Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
- Very good command of German and English
