The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:

International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.

Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.

Deputy Team Leader in Investment Compliance Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participating in BAU
  • Monitoring the quality and timeliness of processes performed by the team
  • Being the first point of contact for Investment Compliance legacy locations in case of absence of the Team Leader
  • Guaranteeing the timely escalation of problems and highlight of incidents to the Team Leader, Manager or Head of Department in legacy location in case of absence of the Team Leader
  • Supporting Team Leader in keeping legacy locations updated on a daily basis
  • Dealing with any unexpected issues such as system failure, shortage of staff due to sick leave etc.
  • Ensuring that the workload is adequately balanced in the team
  • Providing technical/knowledge support to other members of the team
  • Allocating relevant trainings for the team
  • Leading team meetings on subjects such as information update, organisational issues etc.
  • Coaching and training of investment compliance analysts
  • Monitoring of the group e-mail box
  • Actively participating in innovation projects, quality improvements
  • Actively participating in onboarding new locations and supporting the integration of the new operational activities
  • Supporting Team Leader in monitoring KPIs, procedures and BCP documentation
  • Supporting Team Leader in the recruitment process of team members
  • Supporting Team Leader in yearly appraisals process with employees
  • Providing support for newcomers to adapt to the BP2S environment

  • Key Competencies

    • Deep knowledge about Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market

    • Very good command of German and English
    • Ability to manage workload independently with only high level guidance and supervision
    • Profound knowledge of the process and applications (ESY, CICS, Neolink etc.)
    • Ability to motivate and develop junior team members
