Position Summary

We are currently seeking qualified talent to be responsible for the maintenance of security solutions within the Cybersecurity Office. Supports the business, security, and technical staff by assisting with the deployment of security controls and processes. Provide evaluation and consultation support on existing/new authentication solutions for digital channels products across the enterprise. Ability to breakdown business problems, cyber incidents and technology issues and translate them into technical requirements and solution. Aids in the implementation of security solutions to meet business needs. Escalates and assists in control enhancement opportunities to meet bank and industry policies, standards, and guidance.

This role:

 

  • Develop and maintain authentication control strategies for digital channel banking products across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with LOBs to devise appropriate fraud and security controls for digital banking products and services
  • Conduct first line of defense fraud research for various fraud scenarios to determine customer impact and remediation
  • Ability to break down complicated fraud patterns and translate them into control strategies and technical requirement
  • Conducts forensic investigations and/or ensures systems specifications, security controls and appropriate logging and monitoring align with business needs.
  • Assists with support and documentation of existing systems and/or business requests.
  • Provide reports as assigned on key trends, performance and risk indicators affecting the group’s processes, tools, and responsibilities for management and key stakeholders.
  • Provides support as an information security subject matter expert to department or business units for small/less complex business applications or system processes.

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of information security experience
  • 3+ years of authentication strategy experience
  • Previous forensics or fraud investigations experience is a plus

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Previous experience designing KBA, identify verification or identify authentication solutions
  • Multifactor authentication tools: RSA/Azure MFA , Duo or YubiKey
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
