On a day to day basis you’ll speak with a broad range of customers, from those who forgot to pay or couldn’t pay on time to those who may be struggling to make their payments. Your role will be to help them to resolve the situation by agreeing affordable repayment solutions or, in extreme cases, you may signpost customers to our independent debt advice partners.
Experience isn’t essential; if you have the right attitude and are committed to delivering a first class service to our Customers, we’ll provide you with the training you’ll need to excel, not just at the beginning of your career with us, but ongoing.
