Role and Responsibilities

As a Cross-Asset Business Manager, your mission will consist in:
  • Produce Management Information pack for Senior Management (Sales ExCo, Trading ExCo, GM Board…)
  • Perform some analysis and produce reports on brokerage costs incurred by Americas’ trading desks
  • Ensure headcount data integrity (Finance file, org charts, sales mandates) and correct where relevant
  • Perform approvals for system provisioning and trading portfolio/trading mandates
  • FO administration of the trading portfolio/trading mandates in the Bank official system (Febus/Optimus)
  • Perform validation of the user access profiles per trading desk
  • Contribute to the BCP/BIA plans and documentation for GM Americas
  • Liaise/escalate  directly with GM Americas salesforce on client KYC/AML re-certification files
  • Assist in vendors invoice processing and queries, including cross-region re-invoicing from the internal Front to Back chain (Legal / Confs / MO / BO / Trading…)


  •  Degree from Engineering School or Business School, with interest in financial markets
  • Curious and Eager to learn
  • Strong Critical thinking
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Fluent in French, German or Italian is a plus
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Mastering VBA language is a plus
  • Rigorous, autonomous and good interpersonal skills
  • Available for a training period abroad
