We are looking for

  1. Monitor the effective operation of the RMS Framework across the Bank;

  2. Ensure the RMS Framework is complete, consistent, cost effective, adds value and protects the Bank;

  3. Assess the adequacy of the overall risk profile of the Bank to the Group’s risk appetite;

  4. Ensure a proper oversight from a risk perspective, in order to be aware of and anticipate any risk evolution;

  5. Ensure proactively the optimization of transversal cooperation between the RISK teams;

  6. Contribute proactively in NAC and TAC processes;

  7. Strengthen the governance, risk culture by participating in the relevant RISK forums;

  8. Perform oversight of permanent control frameworks for the risks including to define and implement the permanent control framework;

  9. Validate towards OJK the risk methodology and models being used;

  10. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements such as requirements under the OJK Regulation no. 18 and related regulation;

  11. Ensure the implementation of stress testing for the Bank and share the result with the BOC and OJK as required under applicable regulation.
