We're looking for Customer relationship manager (CRM) to improve retention, engagement and loyalty for our own brand Everypaw and our whitelabel brands, Sainsburys bank, Argos, Post office and PDSA

You will be accountable for retention and acquisition using channels such as email, sms, letter etc. This will be done by developing communication and content strategy to improve customer and prospect engagement.

This job will report into the Chief Marketing office and will sit in the marketing team who are response for delivering highly customer-focused digital marketing initiatives and experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Improve customer retention, engagement and loyalty
  • Convert prospect to customers
  • Develop data driven trigger based communications and newsletter communications for the existing customers and prospects
  • You will create, own and deliver the CRM strategy and community strategy for Everypaw and our whitelabel partners
  • Responsible for following marketing channels – email, sms, refer a friend, NPS
  • Work within a cross-functional team to shape and execute an effective engagement strategy for existing customers and prospects, which is aligned with the goals of the business
  • Ensure appropriate planning and management of each campaign, supporting timely, high quality delivery and content,
  • Collect customer research to develop business cases eg. Social sentiment, surveys and customer reviews.
  • Identify the requirements for each campaign and work to bring together the creative, data, product and operational parts of execution.
  • Determine success criteria for each campaign and rigorously analyse the results, suggesting improvements and testing new ideas
  • Develop and manage the CRM test and learn roadmap to improve retention
  • Develop Regular CRM reporting
  • Develop and execute 1 to 1 customer segmentation
  • Hit sales target

About you:

  • You will be a self-starter and have a proven track record of digital marketing
  • Used email service providers before and ideally worked for an ecommerce B2C website
  • Managed complex data driven trigger based communications and newsletter
  • Good knowledge of google analytics and CRM serve providers
  • Managed external agencies
  • Preferably but not essential that you love dogs, cats or rabbits
