i. Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
ii. Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
iii. Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
iv. Timely and accurate processing of all Incomes and Redemptions.
v. Act, behave appropriately and comply with the general ethical standards expected by the Bank and relevant Regulatory Authorities, particularly in, but not limited to, proactively protecting and safeguarding the interests of its clients, the integrity of the markets and the Group’s reputation.
vi. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and Group’s internal Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Financial Security, Know Your Customer due diligence, International Financial Sanctions, Client Interest Protection, Market Integrity, Data Protection…
vii. Complete all necessary Compliance training to maintain appropriate business and compliance level of knowledge and understanding in order to be fully competent to undertake the role.
viii. Participate in BCP documentation/drills; ensure that staff is kept up to date on BCP drills/activation.
1. Timely and accurate Olympic data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate Events.
2. Liase with custodians/issuers for clarification on income/event.
3. Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.
4. Handle queries from RMs/MAs/Custodians and LBS on income/event.
1. Participating in ad-hoc projects and UAT testings
