WMIS Lisbon Contracts &
Invoices management Officer
(Wealth Management Information System) Lisbon is part of PIMH.
candidate will report locally to the Head of WMIS Lisbon and in Paris to WM
the IT consultancy contracts finalization as per legal and procurement
the follow up of the related invoices:
update’s for senior managers
with facilities or IT for a team of about 40 persons (eg: new joiners process)
least 8 years’ experience working in a multi-cultural environment and with
to liaise with accounting teams
experience in reporting to several senior managers
good communication skills (written / spoken) in English and if possible good
ones in French
good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines as well as review
priorities at short notice
