We’re looking for a vibrant and dynamic Content and Social Media Executive to take our pet insurance’s social media presence to the next level.

Day-to-day ownership of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube and Twitter will be yours. And you’ll bring your expertise and experience to create positive brand experiences while growing reach and engagement.

Curating the look of our social networks, you’ll have Canva and Photoshop at your disposal so design skills can create eye-catching and unique posts and banners.

Your keen eye and visual talent will also be put to good use creating photographic and video content for use across our social channels.

You’ll also have a way with words, creating expressive and engaging social posts and taking this talent to help support the copy needs for the wider Marketing Team and business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage our social media channels through our Social Media Management platform.
  • Ideate and create high quality social content, including photos, videos and designs to develop brand reach and engagement.
  • Continually develop and expand the social presence of Everypaw to create a best-in-class social media presence.
  • Develop online relationships to create opportunities for collaboration and outreach.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social performance using relevant platform data to provide insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Create and update website content pages in our Digital Experience Platform.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to create content.
  • Support the SEO Content Manager with copywriting tasks as required, including brochureware updates, journey updates, customer portals, FAQ chatbots etc.
  • Create the designs for social networks, and help support the design needs of the Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the content approval process, including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Compliance approval.
  • Support the Social Operations function by reviewing their Social Media Response Document.

About you:

  • You’re an outgoing creative with at least two years of experience in a similar Social Media and Content role.
  • You have an excellent understanding of social media networks, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter and YouTube, and how to apply social strategy to individual channels.
  • You’re good with a camera, adept at shooting stills and video.
  • You’re an outstanding copywriter with the ability to adapt the tone of voice dependent on brand and platform.
  • You enjoy brainstorming to develop engaging and creative content.
  • You’re confident and can comfortably develop relationships with colleagues, clients, social contacts and PR outreach.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • If you already have an understanding of the insurance sector, that would also be advantageous.
  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Grammarly, Magnolia DXP, Social Media Management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite), Radarly, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Feefo and Trustpilot.
