Develop and maintain IT systems at heart of “Know Your Customer (KYC)” ensuring due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance during the entire CIB client life cycle. Platform responsible for client onboarding, documentation, data distribution, capturing audit trails and being golden source. Application resides in the core model of the CLM IT and provides front to back connectivity within the various client onboarding platforms.
Within BNP Paribas CIB ITO, the Release management Team is in charge of implementation of the DevOps, DevSecOps and Cloud practices, managing the non-prod environments, Automating the tasks, Setting up infra, Maintenance & Health Checks, High availability, Release Planning and other standard BAUs with ADM, APS and various Infra teams.

Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
The team requires a dynamic member who can perform Build & Deployment and Environment maintenance activities of strategic applications of the Bank. The associate will be responsible for high availability of applications in all Non-Prod environments. The associate should have knowledge of DevOps framework and should be interested to adopt latest DevOps tools. The associate should be flexible to work in shifts and support Production deployments over weekends. The associate should be able to handle more than one application support activity.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in DEVOPS and Release Management activities
- Key Tools and Technologies for us:
Ansible, Shell Scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, TFS, IIS, MQ, PowerShell scripting, SQL queries , Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Apache HTTP etc.
- Must have knowledge WAS/Jboss TomCat, IIS and knowledge of Apache MQ. TIBCO is an added advantage.
- Must be able to understand application and server logs and should have good troubleshooting skills
- Even if the candidate does not have experience on all tools, candidate will need to be strong in the key tools and will be expected to pick up the other tools on the job.
- Strong knowledge in handling configuration tools like TFS,GIT etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience using build tools like Jenkins, Maven, TeamCity, Liquibase & Nexus
- Should be an expert in using monitoring tools like, Logstash, Kibana, Elastic Search, etc.
- Good to have skills like Dynatrace, Prometheus and Grafana
- Must have experience in writing at least 2 (PowerShell/Python/Shell scripting)
- Should have basic knowledge of writing SQL queries/scripts and basic error codes
- Very good understanding of Agile development/release model
