As a Commercial & Customer Support Officer BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, you will be responsible for:

  • General commercial and administrative support;
  • Customer onboarding and support;
  • Management of pricing and credit limits
  • Contacts with suppliers and partners
  • Follow-up of Client Due Diligence (CDD), in accordance with BNP Paribas’ KYX policies

Competences & Skills required :

  • Bachelor's degree or a proven track record
  • Relevant experience in :
  • commercial support and mid-office activities;
  • working with customers, give high quality support;
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, French is a plus;
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Self starting and ability to work autonomously;
  • Act in ways that demonstrate customer focus and satisfaction by building effective relationships with customers;
  • Have a genuine interest in developing professional relationships;
  • Ability to edit agreements in English and document commercial proposals;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office : word, excel & powerpoint;
