On a day to day basis your job will be in our Customer Support Team, reaching out and speaking to Customers to ensure we are able to recover the finance that they took out through a plan with one of our partners. There are a huge number of reasons as to why our customers may struggle or come in to difficulties with repayments, so as a responsible lender, we support our customers by coming to appropriate resolutions, perhaps changing their payment plan to make it more affordable for them, or referrals to suitable charities if necessary.
For this role, you’ll ideally need to have experience working in Collections in a previous job before, and we’d love to build on those skills to grow your career with us.

• Excellent interpersonal skills – the people you may interact with in this role are vulnerable, so we’re seeking people who have the ability to interact appropriately in potentially difficult or emotive situations
• Passion for delivering a first class service; gained from experience working within a comparable Collections role before
• A willingness to learn
• PC Skills- Ideally with Microsoft Office, and some experience with computer and dialler systems
• A confident and articulate telephone manner
• Problem solving skills
• Great attention to detail

The role is full time and shifts are rotated fairly within the team.
Our opening hours are:
Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm
Saturday 8am – 6pm
You’ll work approximately 8 hours per day, 5 out of 7 days per week, and shifts are provided to you 4 weeks in advance
You’ll receive a salary of £17,500 per annum to start, plus a bonus scheme once you’ve completed training- with progression and pay increases available as you develop further in the role.
