Client Services Officer

Direct Responsibilities

  • Client documentation support for new on-boarding and periodic KYC recertification on all Coverages and Business Lines clients

  • Compliance with Financial Security Control to timely perform KYC systems input/ alert clearance and actively participate in data quality control

  • Clearance and processing of Sun Side SafeWatch alerts in line with group requirements

  • Full implementation of FATCA/ AEOI classification

  • Handling of client services queries/ daily transactions, along with timely input of client service requests in HOBART with proper escalation, whenever necessary

  • Monitoring of dormant account reactivation with proper approval

  • Support to e-banking new client onboarding and maintenance

  • Monthly KPI/ KPI control report update/ preparations

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Client Management procedures/guidelines

 Contributing Responsibilities

  • Back-up static data system input/maintenance

  • Assistance to client to comply with mandatorily regulatory/ credit required documents

  • Support to Cash Management for e-banking function

  • Contribute to the Permanent Control framework

  • Adequate KYC knowledge

  • Passion in servicing the clients (internal/ external)

  • Passion in learning

  • Good coordination/ communication skills

  • Detailed, prudent & organized

  • Fluent in English (writing/ speaking)

  • Proficient PC skills

  • Work independently
