The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global  custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation center in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Client service management expert/senior specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Managing effective communication as a two way channel between Hubs and Legacy Locations on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that due diligence visits and RFPs are fully prepared in advance
  • Ensuring consistent client-IOC governance meetings and follow up all action points across all departments
  • Being part of global and local Client community by coordinating related actions across the IOC
  • Support and oversee coordination of business partners and clients visits
  • Ensuring all queries raised by Spoke senior managers are tracked and answered in due time
  • Informing in due time the location management on the progress of all queries
  • Prioritizing the work and conducting investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies
  • Being an active member of the Governance on Client Services experience initiative within IOC
  • Overseeing IOC readiness during Due Diligence and client visits, working with BU heads in providing the right information for RFP’s received from the respective spoke locations
  • Assisting in rolling out yearly IOC client satisfaction survey in Europe
  • Act as counterpart for any initiative linked to Central Client Services team
  • Management of the Uplifting Service program

Requirements:

•    At least 5 years of experience in investment banking or securities services

•    A minimum of 3 years’ client relationship experience

•    University degree (preferably at Economy, banking, finance studies)

•    Strong commercial and presentation skills

•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills

•    Advanced negotiation skills

•    Ability to influence others

•    Ability to build collaborative networks as well as effective and long lasting relationships across locations and cultures

•    Change and Project Management skills would be an additional asset

•    Fluency in English is a must, any additional language will be a strong advantage

Position level will be adjust to chosen person level of experience and  skills.
