We are currently looking for a:

Client Account Manager Private Capital (M/F)

Your mission

Be the interface between clients and Private Capital department from BP2S Luxembourg in order to follow-up the daily service delivery

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts

  • Operate as the point of contact for clients

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients often through regular meetings and phone calls

  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests

  • Talk to other departments in the bank in order to facilitate clients requests

  • Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner

  • Ensure close cooperation on transversal issues with different bank departments

Ensure service delivery quality

  • Ensure operational follow-up of the quality of service delivery to Private Capital clients

  • Maintain quality log and client action log

  • Be the escalation for clients inside Private Capital department

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Track Client relationship status through

  • Client satisfaction matrix and action log

  • Feed CSM for Client Quality Meetings

  • Active Participation to Client Quality Meetings

Bachelor / Master Degree
