Reporting to the Business Change Lead, you are responsible for driving change across a diverse range of topics and projects within the company. Using approved change methodology (Prosci /ADKAR) and your experience of effecting change, both at a process and organizational level, you will contribute to the success of both small & large scale projects, ensuring objectives are met, change is adopted and risks are managed. You have a deep understanding of the importance of culture associated with lasting change and can quickly build strong relationships, providing coaching to leaders and their teams as well as managing stakeholders & sponsors. You run some projects independently and others alongside the project manager. You are passionate about innovation and lead activities to enhance and promote local collaboration. Drawing on your strong relationship building skills, you are able to facilitate work across the business units to optimize processes and ensure the service experience for partners & customers is always a primary driver for change. You understand how to engage others and enjoy lots of variety in your role.


  • Working with Sponsors / Key stakeholders to contribute to the LSUK change roadmap & develop our business change capability
  • Apply a structured approach to all change activity with the associated methodology (Prosci)
  • Lead the change on technical projects & directly project manage people led projects
  • Managing risks associated with adoption of change to ensure successful outcomes
  • Focus on driving change activity critical for customer & employee satisfaction
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and associated processes for maximum impact
  • Create & drive local innovation campaigns & activities to increase collaboration
  • Flag & report project risks to help manage resistance & support training activities
  • Build strong relationships to build authentic, trusting partnerships both locally in the UK and with our colleagues across all Leasing Solutions countries
  • Creating internal communications campaigns to support and promote project activity
  • Coordinate stakeholder events on large scale projects


  • You have outstanding communications skills with a proven track record in stake holder management, active listening & are able to articulate a common vision, tailoring your communication to your audience.
  • Experience in leasing with a deep understanding of key operational processes – both regulatory & commercial would be a benefit.
  • You can articulate what great service looks like for partners & customers with a creative approach to challenging the status quo and driving positive change.
  • You are resilient, adapting to changing circumstances quickly. A natural aptitude for building rapport and understanding the cultural dynamics involved in building engagement & driving change. You love to influence through trusted, strong partnerships.
  • Experience of leading change either at an organizational or project level and / or have been involved with managing multiple stakeholders to deliver a project change related to improving processes and the experience for employees and customers alike.
  • Knowledge of Prosci / ADKAR would be a benefit but not essential as training will be provided.
