ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a defined governance structure. It is a Global hub and delivers services to CIB/BOW Finance teams across the geographies. It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across 29 countries

Position Purpose

Finance Business manager will be responsible for managing key deliverables related to budgeting, cost management, client management, SLA, Governance, Reporting, Efficiency tracking, driving reengineering projects, for ISPL Finance shared services, Mumbai

Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Project management, Stakeholder management, Communication Management and preparing presentations for senior management


Direct Responsibilities

Internal Reporting & Governance


·       Maintain service management framework for BAU processes. Track capacity and process performance

against agreed KPIs.

·       Ensure that the quality, service and compliance parameters are reported at required levels.

·       Schedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model.

·        Budget pre-prep Reporting, Variance Analysis, Invoice Management tracking & Reporting at defined frequency

Technical knowledge & Skills

·       Strong project management skills.

·       Efficient in MS Office and SharePoint

·       Develop & Maintain Project Trackers.

·       Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, both onshore and offshore in order to achieve key milestones within stipulated time

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Transition Management

·       Ensure onshore & ISPL compliance approvals being obtained before Go-Live

·       Maintain record of FSS agreements and compliance matters. Review & maintain logs for FSS Service Level

·       Agreement (SLA), Operating Level Agreement (OLA) and compliance approvals.



Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and SharePoint

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Graduate in any discipline with basic understanding on finance

MBA in finance is a plus

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
