The Campus Recruiting Analyst is integral in the management of all candidate attraction and interviewing for summer internship, graduate program, and early insight program recruitment. The role will focus on the operational delivery of an excellent campus recruitment service for both internal and external stakeholders through coordination efforts for all departments as well as recruitment for the CIB Functions department.

  • Support the CIB Functions division with their campus recruitment and internship programs

  • Support the Functions and Banking Campus Recruiter through logistical management for campus events, interview days, internship program, and onboarding processes

  • Manage high volume candidate lifecycle in Applicant Tracking System (Oleeo), from talent identification via events to onboarding of selected intern candidates, acting as subject matter expert capable of flagging system errors and logging interview feedback

  • Support marketing of campus events and programs through universities posting sites including Handshake, Simplicity, and other university-related marketing platforms, tracking attendees and identified talent

  • Manage interview logistics, coordinate interviews with candidates, and staff interviews with internal interviewers

  • Manage On-boarding and Off-boarding processes for all intern and graduate program candidates

  • Plan and attend campus events and develop high level understanding of business lines and internship experience

  • Drive ad-hoc projects to improve campus recruiting practices and processes

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Learning mentality, with goal of establishing long-term career in campus recruiting or HR

  • Proficient MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings during recruitment and summer seasons

  • Ability to travel during recruitment season

  • 2-3 years of prior recruiting experience required; campus recruiting experience preferred
