Business Training Coordinator in DFS Department
Employee on this position will combine BAU duties and around 20-30% of Business Training Coordinator duties.
Business Training Coordinator role objective is to increase the knowledge and improve the utilisation of operational systems by employees in their daily work. The Business Training Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing training initiatives and needs across DFS Department.
Analysing, introducing and monitoring of DFS employees training needs, including identification of areas not covered by available training offer.
Creation and maintenance of DFS internal training catalogue (based on BP2S resources) designed for newcomers, juniors, senior specialists/experts.
Monitoring and introducing new trainings available in COGITO, The Depositary Learning Centre
Cooperation with HR Learning & Development Team: training catalogue consultation, gathering feedback from trainings, training needs, career pathing etc.
Creation and maintenance of trainings ranking, advice about the best suited trainings in the offer for specific career paths.
Close cooperation with IOC Training Team in order to ensure training needs of DFS staff are covered and employees participate in training sessions.
Coordination of DFS knowledge sharing sessions: communication, list of attendees, room reservations, invitations, feedback collection.
Creation and maintenance of rules and best practices for SMEs (based on collected feedback), taking part in experts’ panel and keep up-to date on the panel’s actions.
Collaboration with SMEs to ensure that best practices are understood, up-to-date and shared between teams.
Finding synergies and good practices between teams e.g. training plan, training matrix, team knowledge sharing presentations.
Keeping track of available internal trainings performed in DFS.
Cooperation with SMEs to find best possible solutions to enhance newcomer training and induction so that the newcomer is effectively trained and able to perform BAU within shortest time.
Involvement in the update of the DFS presentation for the Warsaw Training Centre.
Perform relevant trainings for DFS department
University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment fund industry
Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
Very good presentation skills
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
Pro-active approach: seeking progress and seeking success
Good knowledge of PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in organizing meetings, training sessions, brainstorming sessions etc. (will be an asset)
Knowledge and experience in a variety of learning and development methodologies (will be an asset)
Fluency in additional foreign languages will be a strong asset
