The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
 
 
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.
 

We are looking for a Business Training Coordinator to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

 

Business Training Coordinator

 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses  
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path  
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans  
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals  
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results  
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions  
  • Deliver training courses  
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour  
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes  
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

Requirements 

  • University Degree in Financial/Business, Education, Training, HR or related field
  • Financial Market Knowledge
  • Fluency in English 
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting  
  • Extensive knowledge of  instructional design theory and learning principles 
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques  
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences  
  • Pro-active approach: seeking progress and seeking success
