Role and Responsibilities

 
 
Produce invoices, following client specifications and procedures.
  • Provide to clients their invoices according to what was stipulated in their contracts;
  • Assure a correct set up of new clients and products in EBR (internal billing tool);
  • Analyse and solve billing issues;
  • Be the connection between operations, IT and Relationship Managers in order to provide an excellence service to the client
Management of activities
  • Check all the anomalies reports from the system and correct them as well as inputting new data (accounts, currencies among others).
  • Produce invoices: follow each client-specific procedure.
  • Perform monthly justifications on sensitive accounts, daily payments follow-up and correspondent postings.
Controls and procedures
  • Perform checks on tasks performed by other team members and ensure that their evidence is correct.
Ensure client satisfaction
  • Follow up on queries/clients/invoices.
  • Reply to all clients’ requests by e-mail, fax or telephone.
  • Provide all the information needed to inform clients and answer clients’ queries.
  • Provide liable and regular information to the client.
  • Send reports to client in accordance with their specificities and requests.
Project contribution
  • Participate in activities or projects related to business development.
  • Respect the norms and standards of BNP Paribas Securities Services.
  • Perform tasks and/or participate in projects needed for the efficient achievement of BNP Paribas Securities Services objectives.
 
Profile 
  • Degree from Engineering School or Business School, with interest in financial markets
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
  • Attention to detail
