BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group’s financial management.

Within Group Finance, Purchasing Solutions & Accounts Payable (PS&AP) department is in charge of Accounts Payable operations and expense notes management on behalf of the group's entities and businesses.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Business Process Quality and Performance Analyst to join PS&AP Management Office that is able to perform deeper analysis, in order to understand the evolution of KPIs and to provide clear and strait-to-the-point explanations of the fluctuations that will support quality action plans and enhance customer experience.

  • Produce quarterly data quality reports
  • Perform and present detailed analysis in order to understand the quality KPI’s evolution of the end-to-end process, interacting with departments/functional teams when needed
  • Analyse and link the information of the daily reports available to possible root causes of KPIs variation
  • Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities in current and future processes and methodologies 
  • Propose and contribute to quality actions plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the corrective actions­
  • Produce and deliver synthetic reports using Power Point, spreadsheet or graph form, when needed
  • Produce tailor-made analyses to contribute to processes and overall performance improvement
  • Provide continuous support and consulting on data quality topics 
  • Ensure that procedures are correctly documented and timely communicated
  • Contribute to "Role & Responsibility" RaDAR program by applying quality, integrity & protection criteria on the scope of responsibility

PROFILE

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Engineering/Business Management
  • 5 years of previous experience at a big-scale organization in analysis and continuous improvement projects
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes or experience in a related area
  • Knowledge of BI tools
  • Ability to analyse complex sets of data and derive meaningful insights according to needs (e.g.: completeness of data, root cause analysis)
  • Knowledge in data preparation and manipulation tools (logic transformations, data queries…)
  • Agile and/or project management knowledge methodologies is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, VBA)
  • Proficient English (Working Level), French is a strong plus 
  • Logical, structured and effective way of working
  • Team oriented and strong communication skills 
  • Good adaptation skills and resiliency 
  • Pro-active attitude with ability to work with international and cross-functional teams
  • Strong rigor capacity, precision and quality
