The incumbent will be part of the COO team of Transaction Banking APAC (TBA) and will support the function in managing business performance and executing a portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and co-ordinate the preparation of business review decks and other presentations as required for TBA senior management meetings, town halls and off-sites
Develop agendas for board/committee meetings, co-ordinate and review papers with management, and follow up on action points
Support the function in business performance reviews, cost monitoring and forecasting/budgeting
Partner with Sales and Finance to drive greater transparency in understanding financial performance and addressing revenue leakages
Support the function in executing other projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):
Has a broad technical toolkit and the flexibility to address a variety of topics in a structured manner
Strong data visualization and storyboarding skills

Specific Qualifications Required:
Degree holder, preferably in Accounting with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Access are pre-requisites
Previous business management/ consulting experience will be advantageous
Knowledge of Tableau and Sharepoint will be beneficial
