Position Purpose

The Business Manager will cover APAC Prime Services and provide support to senior stakeholders, including APAC head of Prime Services. He will be critical for driving strategic projects, performing financial analysis and managing business governance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper control and governance for the business activities, and that risks/regulatory matters be properly and timely addressed.
  • Facilitate the development of business activities in APAC
  • Act as the interface between Business and IT & Operations /Functions
  • Taking the lead on all Equities trading related matters and focusing in particular on platforms, Delta One and Automated Market Making.
  • Continue to manage Support functions to ensure that business activities are well supported by them
  • Gather/Analyze/Provide relevant KPIs and KRIs on the business perimeter to the management
  • Contribute to transversal initiatives and collaborate with own team and other teams in a transparent and proactive fashion

  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • Collaborative team player and able to work with people of all levels
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or related subjects
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in Finance or Business Management
  • Project or change management experience is desirable
  • Equities/Prime services background and overall local market knowledge would be a strong advantage
