In an international framework, the Business Implementation Onboarding team main tasks, will be to coordinate the onboarding and change management for clients on the global custody perimeter (settlement, corporate action, cash, tax), by organizing all BNP Paribas Securities Services internal teams (technical teams, operational teams, coverage, product team) and of course the client. In this position, candidate will be able to acquire a transversal vision (Clearing, Custody and Settlement activities) and develop skills on both interrelationship and functional aspects.

The onboarding team, which is part of the Client Delivery, is responsible to keep high quality services by close monitoring of the different elements,  tasks and phases related to onboarding and assets migration and deliver in due time the milestones agreed. Orchestrating operational, technical, product and coverage teams until successful project completion is the role objective. The perimeter of the onboarding and assets migrations role is for France while for other European branches is related to asset migrations.

We aim to manage the client onboarding as "one bank". This experience must be simple, homogeneous and consistent for the client. Onboarding is a service delivered by BP2S for which we owe complete satisfaction to our clients. The excellence of our work should position us as the long term and trusted partner for our client. To achieve this goal the onboarding team is reinventing itself to ensure all the onboarding stakeholders cooperate more and better.  


  • Coordinate onboarding and assets migration for France and the European branches (in relation with technical teams, operational teams, coverage, product team in France and the relevant BI teams in the locations)

  • Contact, oversight and coordinate IT teams for communication flows, links and needed set ups for internal and external tools and applications  (SFTP, DSQ...) needed and make sure the tests run smoothly before the client implementation.

  • Be the unique entry point of the client for all topics regarding Global custody (Settlement, corporate action, tax, cash) and make the implementation as smooth as possible

  • Report the project progress to managers, coverage, ops teams and client

  • If needed, support and help sales teams to complete RFP questionnaires focused on the onboarding process


  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels and cultures both, in regards to general communication with peers, senior managers and stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Knowledge of the internal BNP Paribas Securities Services organization and structures.

  • Good knowledge of at least one of the activities BNP Paribas Securities Services is performing and it is required for the onboarding tasks (Clearing, Custody or Settlement).

  • Very good Office applications knowledge is required for the position

  • Project management knowledge is a plus
