To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a:

Business Change Manager Private Capital (M/F)

Permanent contract

 

 

Your mission:

  • Analyse and document the Private Capital business process (from Investor registry to Regulatory Reporting, including Asset Ownership and Accounting)

  • Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations-requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria.

  • Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain

  • Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models

  • Assistance with and execution of User Acceptance Testing as required

  • Be in charge of Project and manage daily progress

Working environment :

The Global Business Change Management team is responsible for liaising with business teams in order to elicit, analyze, test, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes and information systems.
As part of this team you will be the main link between Business teams among all locations (from Luxembourg to Australia) and the centralized IT department in Luxembourg.



Your profile:

Education:

Master Degree in IT or equivalent (> 4 years)

Professional Experience:

2-5 years of experience in Private Capital

Behavioural Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to forge lasting relationships with the offshore team(s) you are part of

  • Adaptability / Stress resistant

  • Creative & Innovation and Problem solving

Transversal Skills :

  • Analytical ability

  • Ability to understand, explain and support change

  • Ability to develop and adapt a process

  • Ability to manage a project

Technical Skills :

You have knowledge of Private Equity and/or Real Estate industry; Accounting and Valuation are an asset.

You are experienced with eFront FrontInvest solutions, and you have a good understanding of the platform.

 

Language Skills:

Fluent in French and English
