Business Change Management Officer-

Fund Administration (M/F)

Permanent Contract

 

Your Mission :

  • Manage changes to ensure they are delivered in due time, within the defined budget and with the required quality

  • Log change requests

  • Summarise, assess, prioritise, plan and monitor change requests

  • Develop requirements definition documentation

  • Monitor solutions development

  • Run tests cases

  • Deliver solutions in production environment and ensure post-delivery follow-up

  • Interface with, but not limited to requestors, other departments within Fund Administration and Global teams

  • Report to the Manager of Business Change Management

Your profile:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the Fund Industry.

  • Global knowledge of all BP2S FA related systems to allow an accurate analyse / definition of potential solutions to change requests.

  • Good knowledge of Multifond FA

Technical Skills :

  • Handle common M*S Office files / programs.
