We are currently seeking a:

Business Analyst (M/F) fluent in French

Main functions:

The Business Analyst's role and responsibilities are:

  • Intervene more particularly on the projects of the France business requiring adaptations of customer mail, the processing of incoming documents and their electronic archiving.

  • Optimizing business processes, within an IT team of around forty employees, you will collect and formalize business needs

  • Collaborate with the insurance teams and the designers, IT project manager of the service

  • Identify and prioritize the requests expressed, propose alternatives

  • Clarify the need with the IT designer and consolidate all the information collected by writing an expression of the need

  • Provide functional support throughout the project and participate in user training and change management


  • Minimum 6 years’ experience (field of experience : business analysis, individual life insurance/savings contracts, claims management, individual protection insurance contracts or creditor insurance)
  • MS Excel Office
  • Degree in Informatics or Management or related areas
  • Experience in project management, project management assistance on insurance mail overhaul projects or regulatory projects or customer journey digitization



  • Fluent in French is mandatory (Level B2)

  • Ability to analysis and perform technical-functional design
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings

Location: Oporto with a Permanent Contract (CDI)
