The Global LAP Organization North America (GLO), part of the project COO Organization in Finance & Tax Americas ensures that appropriate solutions are put in place for the Finance (accounting) and Tax organization to meet their business objectives.  The team acts as the bridge for the Finance and Tax department to the various other departments within the BNP Paribas group, mainly the business, PMO and technology organizations in New York, New Jersey, London and Mumbai. 

The team works simultaneously on a wide range of projects arising from business and regulatory changes, strategic initiatives and reengineering existing applications to improve functionality and efficiency.  The team also provides first line user support through training, research and responding to general queries.


As a member of the Support Team, the business analyst provides first line user support for Finance NA applications developed in house (LAP)

·        Liaise with the LAP user community and provide functional expertise and consultative support to users

·        Investigate and resolve functional issues raised by the user community or linked to the daily batch report

·        Facilitate the communication between team members, business units , IT and PMO organization in New Jersey, London and Mumbai

·        If require provide in addition support to other application (ex : Beacon application)

·        Participate to any ad hoc requests 

·        Participate to BCP testing whenever required.




  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting and / or accounting system and / or implementation in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree Finance/Accounting, IT, or both.
  • First line of support (bridge between users & IT)
